Great location and worth the stay. Everything was wonderful overall. My only issue is the bed was not comfy enough for me. However, sone folks might like the real firm mattress. Staff were great and the manager, Annabella, made sure our stay was wonderful.
I love the area. Very close to almost everything. Very secure. This is my second time and I will be stay soon again.
No fue del todo agradable mi estancia Al llegar me hicieron el cargo por toda la estancia cuando ya estaba pagada, tuve que reclamar y la actitud de la recepcionista no fue agradable, hasta que llegó el gerente y arreglo la situación. Solo funcionaba un elevador en un edificio de más de 30 Pisos. Y la actitud de los trabajadores eres de molestia hacia el hotel a los pocos días funcionó el otro elevador.

Good location, but definitely showed wear The hotel is well located near many of NYC's top tourist attractions. Decent value compared to other hotels in the area. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Like many NYC hotels, there was plenty of wear and tear on it. The thing that disappointed us the most was they only have 2 elevators, 1 of them was down 4 of the 5 days we were there and at times the wait was long to go up to our room or down to the lobby.
