Staff were great. Elevator was broken everyday we stayed there resulting in long waits for the elevator. Many homeless sleeping around property.
Close to everything
Great staff, good location for Times Square. Sadly restaurant not open so no food or breakfast. The friendliness and professionalism made up for the lack of facilities.
Very easy walk from Penn station. Easy walk to Times Square, 5th ave., and loads of great places to eat. Comfortable, clean room and nice enough for the price, especially if you don't intend to stay in the room much. Neighborhood is a touch sketchy but not unsafe. Didn't get a lot in the way of "city views" from the 25th floor but not bad. Overall recommend for a less expensive option.
Noisy air-conditioning unit, would not turn off when turned off at the controls on the wall.
The place is ok, however the customer service people were excellent. The car is parked off-site and I got my car back with different mileage and less gas like they used it to go around.
Elevator service terrible. Waited one evening for 35 min because of overcrowding in lobby. Staff on Sunday night 7/16 RUDE.. will not book this property again
