Good stay Room was clean, well air-conditioned and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. We had no issues getting up or down from our floor but we made sure to avoid peak times. I could see how the wait could get lengthy during peak hours.

Not enough lifts and very long wait required in peak times Free breakfast is average if you get the chance to get near the buffet due to amount of people and small area Better Hotels and areas in New York in my opinion

The whole hotel needs to be renovated, hallway carpets looks dirty hotel amenities Needs to be upgraded , comparing to other holiday inn express your facility is the worst one , and to think you are in New York City, make your place impressive to tourists

Very poor selection of breakfast foods which weren't refilled regularly. The coffee etc in the bedrooms was not replenished and i had to ask for more, i was given two! The key card stopped working 3 times over a 3 night stay. The lifts were inadequate for the number of guests which meant long waits. the stairs were very utilitarian which wasnt conducive to them being used. We were given just 2 bottles of water on check in only. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
