Staff was super great accommodating various requests/questions. Only issue is that NYC has a homeless problem around Times Square. But never felt unsafe & hotel concierge/bell man seemed on the ball in addressing issues.
Buen hotel, desayuno rico El desayuno muy rico, sólo considero que el elevador es pequeño para tantas personas y pisos de habitaciones.
If the rooms and elevators were a little updated it would make it perfect like were the personnel, breakfast and location.
*Desayuno incluido aceptable *Limpieza en la habitacion deficiente *Hotel posee una ubicacion centrica de acceso facil al metro pero, alrededores mucha inseguridad. (homeless) *Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, cortina del baño a punto de caerse, Cafetera nunca fue limpiada. *Un solo elevador para 36 pisos. Gran problema en horas transitadas. Mayormente las personas tenian que usar las escaleras por la gran congestion *Tarjeta de acceso al cuarto se desconfiguro.
Very dated. Poor breakfast area and food. You get what you pay for, if that.
