Oscar no me aceptaron un early check inn de muy mala forma y mala educación, el cuarto tuve que solicitar que le hagan limpieza si no no llegan, el personal del front desk necesita ser mas profesional y amable, la localización es muy buena y el personal del comedor muy eficientes a pesar del espacio reducido
This was our 2nd time to New York . Surprisingly our room was comfortably sized with a king size bed . We on the 28th floor so we experienced no road or outside noise . Front desk was always super helpful with directions , recommendations etc . Will definitely stay here again if in the area .
This was a nice hotel. Area was pretty quiet. Rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was typical breakfast. Choices were ok. Most of the staff eere very pleasant

Housekeeping is terrible, room is dirty and smelly. No working exhaust fan in the toilet.
