Excellent Staff Staff was awesome. We were given an early check in and then we had issues with getting food from DoorDash and the 11:30 employee offered to order the food for us. It was really nice to be treated so well. It’s not a new hotel so there were cracks and stains, but it was clean and close to Times Square

Once the house keeping forgot to give me shampoo, once I see her and told her she gave for the day she miss. Then I have it everyday.
Morning breakfast Stay was nice. The breakfast is just too busy. We could not enjoy the second day for breakfast. Ate in our room. Small area for a lot of people.

My teenage daughter and I stayed for an overnight. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room itself was satisfactory - Some dated features, ripped bedding and a noisy air conditioning unit that had to be shut off in order to be able to fall asleep left some to be desired. Strangely the housekeeper came through knocking on all hotel room doors at 9:30 calling “housekeeping!” And waking everyone up, even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00.
