Staff was very helpful and friendly, however with one of only two elevators out of service, extra time needed to be planned to enter or leave our rooms. Cleaning staff shared the only working elevator, which added to delay times as well as making it difficult or impossible for room makeup each day. We were told the elevator had been broken for a month. Unacceptable
