Elevator was down; tub in room wouldn’t drain; couldn’t call from desk because the phone wasn’t working

One elevator, confusing stairs, zero staff to ask questions of. Glad it was just one night.
We were a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews. But everything turned out to be fine. The rooms had all necessary facilities and were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a fabulous location for tourists. The only problem was that one of the two elevators was not working, so one often had to wait for 5-10 minutes on the first floor or outside the room.
Goede locatie met mooi uitzicht op downtown Manh. vanaf hoge verdieping. Een lift was kapot daarom lang wachten om naar boven/beneden te kunnen (soms 15 minuten). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Weinig zitplekken voor ontbijt, mensen eten op de kamer en in de lobby. Kamers en faciliteiten zijn prima, nette en goede bedden.
I'd stay here again for sure Great value for your money. The place is clean, staff is helpful, breakfast hit the spot. Close to Times Square and other landmarks. Aside from only one elevator (no big deal) it was great.
