Very Good We booked a room for three people. The room had three towels when we checked in. However, the following next couple of days, we only got two towels and we had to ask for another one, and one day even twice before we did get one. In the end we did get enough towels, but there seems to be a bit of room of improvement for communication. The cleaning was great! IMO. IHG Had 2 rooms booked. One has a view of my streets and the other was a view of the alley way. Asked to change room but couldn't. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop was in front of hotel. . Walkable distance to Hotel freedom plaza. .
