Lovely staff, great hotel in a perfect area for tourists Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Walking through the door, we were met with a friendly smile, check in was quick and very efficient. The receptionist explained everything that was available at the hotel, including reward points. Looking forward to visiting again
Great The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, it squeaked every time I moved. The pancake machine is awesome, but it usually runs out of batter after an hour, and sadly they don’t refill it. Location was great, staff were nice. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. However the breakfast area is quite small, they try to manage the crowd by putting information out of the busier hours. Big shoutout to the girl who checked us in, ginger hair and cute earrings. She was so lovely!

Zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht toll, aber es hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Gutes Hotel, sehr zentrale Lage. Da wir abends erst sehr spät unseren Rückflug hatten, konnten wir unser komplettes Gepäck im Hotel lagern. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch.
Good Das Frühstück nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack, aber das ist subjektiv. Betten waren für unseren Geschmack bequem. Das Zimmer war OK. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am Pier, sehr schnell an der Wallstreet, am Bullen und OWTC!
Overall our stay was pleasant. The room was very small. The king size bed felt short and small. The housekipping wasn’t great. Asked for the fresh towels twice, never received them. The location was excellent, close to the subway, many restaurants and some attractions. Breakfast was ok, the selection wasn’t great.
