Pleasant Rooms are way too small for the price. Only good for 1 to 2 people. Not good for a family of 3 or 4 Excellent location. Very clean.
Exceptional Se podría variar un poco el desayuno Todo estuvo muy bien, adecuada relación calidad/precio, personal amable y algunos hablaban español , aseo diario a las habitaciones , toallas limpias e implementos de aseo disponibles toda la estadía, dos estaciones de metro a 3 y 4 minutos de distancia , una parada de bus al frente del hotel

A good hotel at a fair Manhattan price. Too far from Times Square for easy access to Broadway. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were fabulous.
Good but could have been better The coffee or tea in the room was not replaced everyday. I have stayed in other IHG hotels where the coffee and tea were provided everyday. There was one particular male staff who was super rude to us. He did not care about the guests and always replied passive aggressively and arrogantly. We were informed that coffee was complimentary in the lobby. On asking about coffee, we were told " I cannot make coffee for you".
