Va a perder su depósito. En todo hotel de NY a usted le cobran un depósito en caso de que cause algún percance. El hotel me cobró 75 dólares por una estadía de dos días. tras el check out llega un mensaje de que el reembolso toma 20 dias calendario si es una compra con tarjeta de un banco internacional (no aceptan efectivo). Han pasado 22 días calendario y tuve que pagar el cargo en mi tarjeta porque a pesar de los reclamos el hotel dice que ya hizo el desembolso mientras que el banco opina lo contrario. A good hotel with value for money. The bathrooms were worn down. The heaters were hard to manage so we had it either to hot or to cold at nights. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was helpful when we did get a room with a heater that only used cold air, they moved us to another room. We even got a extra room for free, as they did not have a 2 queen bed room avalable.
