Chambre au premier étage, à coter de la chambre des employés…employés qui crient a partir de 6am et claquent des portes….vraiment dommage car l’hôtel est quand meme bien

Ristrutturata da poco, si apprezza la pulizia delle stanze. Peccato che a me sia capitata una stanza interna al piano basso e poco luminosa, bisognava avere la luce sempre accesa. Ho chiesto di cambiare, ma non è stato possibile.
Tolle Lage!! Haben uns sicher gefühlt und konnten das Meiste zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zugstation zum JFK ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber in Ordnung. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein und man musste teilweise warten bis man einen Platz bekommen hat. Wir würden aber aufgrund der Lage und Preis/Leistung wieder kommen.
Hotel tres bien situé. Calme. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel agréable. Bon rapport qualite prix
We reserved 2 rooms with queen beds but given with king bed. Rooms were not ready when we arrive. When i asked Front desk ( Jamie ) he replied very rudely that they are overbooked. I never felt so bad in front of my family But when you have reservation you expect it should be ready. Never seen such a poor hospitality in my life. Like the location, breakfast and waterbottle jesture.
