Room is small but clean. Deposit $150 USD for 3 nights. There is a safe for important items. Breakfast is good: bagel, bread, scrambled eggs, small baked potatoes, oats, milk, coffee, tea , cup cakes, apples, oranges. 10 minute walking to to Amtrak Penn station. Close to Times Squares, Empire State Building, Korea Town, Macy's.
Great stay with a great breakfast We came to NYC for a couples getaway. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and the let us check in early. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options. My only complaint was our jetted tub didnt work and the elevators seemed to have problems so most days only 1 was running
Great service small room Rooms are small no fridge in rooms. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not bad, the coffee was delicious. I would stay there again
La atención fue buena, el personal amable, sin embargo la limpieza de los cuartos terrible, no barrian bien ni recogían la basura, el hotel estaba lleno y solo hay dos elevadores pequeños, a veces era difícil tomar el elevador.
The staff was very professional and nice. The breakfast was most of the days great and saved us tons of time (my only suggestion is to add more vegetarian options). Rooms are very clean. the location is quite but still walking distance to Times Square. The metro station is right around the corner. The hotel was a great choice for our first trip to NY.
Hôtel agréable et bien situé. Hôtel agréable avec personnel très serviable et professionnel. Très bien situé pour découvrir Manhattan. Clim bruyante dans les chambres et salle du petit-déjeuner un peu petite comme dans la plupart des hôtels de NY. Expérience globale satisfaisante.
Hotel was great along with stay just people in New York not so nice. Enjoyed seeing Ground Zero which is what we wanted to do
Room is generally clean but space is very cramped for 2 queen beds. Also great to have a bottle of water per person per day as well as continental breakfast included in the room rate. The street where it is located is convenient whether taking a subway or uber/lyft. There’s also a convenience store along 8th avenun however, that side is quite sketchy. Would recommend that guests stay on the side of 7th/6th avenue when looking for stores/dining options.
