The Holiday Inn Express at Chelsea exceeded my expectations for my 1-week stay. Good location for visiting Chelsea and walking to Times Square and the theatre district. staff were friendly, breakfast was fair, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to subway and lots of eating choices close by.
Good choice, reasonable price Normal size room for NYC, staff friendly, breakfast is good. No one answers the lobby phone.
