Decent value in a sought-after neighborhood in NYC! Staff were great! Breakfast area could be bigger as it gets very busy, but overall a positive stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again. The beds were soft and comfortable, breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is clean and in a great location.

I like my room it was in celler and quiet . But I don’t like the couch in the lobby room once I sat it sagging and was hard for me to get up from couch you should replace the couch with sturdy couch . The couch you have belongs to garbage. I don’t know why you charge me 22 dollars and I didn’t get my 150 security deposit When I am going to get it back let me know. Hope you have new couch when I stay there next time
