Good Hotel - Bad Parking! Our only biggest complaint is about the parking situation, and we're not sure if that's a Hotels.com thing or a IHG Hotels thing. On hotels.com it's advertised that there's onsite parking, which was crucial for us because of supplies we were bringing in for an event, but as we approached the hotel I decided to call and find out there is absolutely no onsite parking, and the associate directed us to a parking garage 2 blocks away - however there was another parking garage directly across from the hot... read more
The cleanliness of the hotel was spectacular. Saw them daily sweeping the sidewalk in front of the hotel and wiping down each table and chair after our complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting New York!

Buen servicio Nos fue muy bien, excelente ubicación, buen servicio, especialmente Richard en el front desk, desayuno aceptable para arrancar el día, eso si con mucha gente, habitación pequeña pero confortable.
The toilet and phone was broken. When reported they told me to use the cellar bathroom and that the phone could be electrical problems.
