Very close to Madison Square Garden so very convenient in terms of location. Breakfast was good but there are not enough seats to accommodate everyone. Very crowded and hard to move around. There are many places to sit and eat outside but only if the weather is good. Staff was friendly and the room and facilities were clean.
It was a good stay and a hotel with a great location. Friendly staff and a clean facility. My only warning to visitors is to bring something to cover the peephole. Definitely an issue there.
Shower never produced hot even after I complained to reception. Otherwise excellent

They accommodated an early check in. We go in at 6:30 am and helped us out in getting a room. Great location and great staff Stop stop stop stop
Hotel staffs are very kind and always smiling. But bathtub stopper won’t close and l can not fill it with hot water. Location is very good . Especially neat Madison Square Garden.
I HAVE TO SAY THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THEY WELCOMED US AND THE ATTENTION WAS AMAZING. I'M VERY GRATEFUL! HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!
Will stay again Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, great location i relation to MSG and shopping.
