Buena la ubicación del hotel. Mala la atención del personal, limpieza , estado de las habitaciones
the front office staff in the morning is not always there and i think hes also the manager. He’s rude in answering email’s. The bedsheet has a little blood stain and in my 3 days of stay there, i have never experienced a housekeeping cleaned my room. The good side though is the location, it is in the middle of the financial district. The beds are comfortable and big.
Roach Hut I went into the elevator, it was filthy and stink, I held my breath. The carpet is so dirty, its disgusting. Got out of the elevator, to find what is likened to a tunnel. Got to the room, the door had no safety lock and the lock on the door could not be turned to lock properly. I went back to reception and told the black guy who is full of attitude, the hotel stinks, looks nothing as advertised, am not safe, need to leave and my money back.
