It was not as advertised. Expedia said there was parking but there was not. No place to even park to unload your baggage. The front desk people were absolutely no help.
The room was small, with absolutely no facilities. No water, no towels and no room service despite requesting repeatedly. Moreover, the AC/thermostat was not working. The room next to us was playing loud music, and the management did nothing about it. Read the reviews before you go here!
I live in nyc and needed a place for the week during renovations, I can’t imagine this to be a hotel for your trip to nyc. No housekeeping after requesting, shower curtain didn’t hold water in, staff didn’t wear masks either or seemed to want to be there, booked a king and got 2 doubles. Room key has to be coded 3/4 times for both of us.
Different room than our reservation. I paid for a room with a balcony, did not receive a room for a balcony and the front desk did not do anything for us. In addition, there was blood on my towel when I went to dry off after showering. Not the best experience, probably will not return to this location.
Tiny and poorly maintained room Tiny Rooms Outdated poorly maintained Poor service Upon check in I greeted the front desk agent but he did not respond and did not even look me in the eyes! I made the books for 2 adults and 2 children but the room can only accommodate hardly 2 people
