Worst hotel, no blanket just a blanket sheet, I got cold from first night, cant sleep well! Nobody clean my room, they say because of Covid no home cleaning provide, it doesn’t make sense!
Horrible experience! They could not find my reservation. It took 15 minutes to check in. I stayed 2 days. When I asked for more towels I was told they don't have any and to reuse the towels I had. The hallway stunk. The room stank.
They did not have a room for me when I finally got a room the room was not made up they gave me another room and there was no towels the air-conditioning was poor just a terrible terrible state I don’t know how they could charge so much money and they have all these Red Cross people running around in the building
Not as advertised, Extremely small I reserved a room with two beds and the small print mentioned the i could have a roll-away bed. I was told by the front desk that none of their rooms were big enough to fit a roll away bed, also, I was told breakfast was not part of the package, however, when i reserved the hotel room, It mentioned I would have breakfast included into the final price for the 3 nights, 4 days. Also, bod night stands did not work, they were plugged into the wall, so we had to charge our electronics near the T... read more
