Holt installed our flooring and we couldn't be happier! Everyone that worked on the job was very professional. Took a little longer than norm but it was well worth the wait. Our flooring has been down now for 3 weeks and it's so beautiful! Shaun was very professional about telling us that the grout we picked out would stand out and he suggested a different color of grout. We told him to pick it out and he did a wonderful job! Thank you Holt Flooring for making our home beautiful.
The dad very nice, son very rude, smartellic if you will. Their sub contractors are unreliable and may or may not show up and they don't seem to think that it reflects back on them when subs are late or don't finish the job at a decent time.
Receipt says 30 days...... Don't even attempt it..... The son was very rude and smart little comments from the time of even starting to look. The dad was very friendly until needing to return it...... Over all I wouldn't waste my time again
