Updating on my experience with home carpet warehouse. I went there and bought a carpet they suggested and had it installed by one of their guys. We were not happy with the result as a result of a combination of events and the wrong carpet that was not suitable for stairs. I called and talked to one of their managers. Rich, he came here himself and looked at the carpet. He told me to go choose another carpet which I did and he suggested a higher quality one at no extra charge, had another guy come put it down. Amazing!
Have always bought our carpets there since they opened but never again. Encountered the most rude salesman. When I dared to question the cost of a remnant, he was so dismissive. I will go to elsewhere from now on.
