Updating on my experience with home carpet warehouse. I went there and bought a carpet they suggested and had it installed by one of their guys. We were not happy with the result as a result of a combination of events and the wrong carpet that was not suitable for stairs. I called and talked to one of their managers. Rich, he came here himself and looked at the carpet. He told me to go choose another carpet which I did and he suggested a higher quality one at no extra charge, had another guy come put it down. He did a great job and it looks super beautiful. They acted very professional, I'm glad there are businesses who stand 100% behind their quality and fix their mistakes. I will go back for any floor needs for my house and my own business, and I recommend them. Great job and thank you for the attention you gave me in this matter.
