The Staff are very caring and attentive to my Wife, they are always on time and make sure Trish is well cared for. Michelle,Joy,Benita and Tammy always ensure Trish has an outing and some nice food and drinks along the way. The team are a great addition to my household and give me a rest when i need it also enable me to continue working full time in Melbourne. Thanks for the great support !

A very professional service always accomodating friendly staff that I feel I can trust with my mothers care. Personal one on one care that always go above and beyond. I originally used them as one of their personal carers l used to work with left to work there any stayed with them because the service is 5 stars, as someone who has worked in ages care myself I can honestly recommend them to care for your loved ones

“I have supported and recommended a dear friend/neighbour in his senior years to sign up with Home Instead Senior Care over a year ago, which occurred in a prompt manner once receiving his MyAgedCare Package. In this time, Mr. Johnson has had support with Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and support with the maintenance of his Vegetable Garden. Mr. Johnson has enjoyed having the consistency of one CAREGiver that understands his weekly routine. Mr. Johnson has ‘Always’ felt supported and has the awareness if he needed additional support, it’ll be arranged in a prompt manner though the Home Instead Senior Care team. Most recently, Mr. Johnson has been apart of the Pen Pal Home Instead program through the COVID-19 Isolation period, which really enlightened him, being apart of a special program, especially being a senior living on his own, it’s made him feel he isn’t alone and has very special, caring people around him. After transferring to home instead senior care from another provider I have nothing but praise for the management and careworkers. They are approachable, reliable, flexible and above all caring. So happy I found them for my mum.

I have had wonderful carers caring my loved one. Giovanni is more than willing to help with any needs we require. I have one main carer and he definitely needs a pay rise. He is worth his weight in gold. We take him with us on holidays and weekends away. Makes the break so enjoyable and we all relate to him well. Our friends like him too. It’s a win win for us. I don’t know where I would be without him. Thank you Home Instead. Xx

As a personal care worker I can say that Home Instead Geelong has amazing caring staff who genuinely Care about our ageing community and the needs of seniors. It is amazing to see seniors living at home thriving, empowered and advocated for by such loving individuals. It is absolutely personal to all staff and an honour to serve the community with such compassion and love. You could get no better care than from Home Instead Senior Care.

I couldn't recommend Home Instead Senior Care (Geelong) more highly. Giovanni and his team provided the type of care we all dream of for our parents. We had three carers calling in three times a day and all of them took a loving interest in our mother and went out of their way to give the best care they could possibly deliver. Whenever a carer was sick the gap was filled by one of the other carers and so there was a seamless consistency which ensured our mother had everything she needed and was always cared for by people who knew her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts from our family to all staff at Home Instead Geelong.

I would highly recommend Home Instead, very supportive , friendly, helpful , well organised , great staff , really give a great service in our home.I did a lot of research before finding home instead , was very cautious as heard many stories about the fees , etc with many aged care facilities . Home Instead is by far the only one , I would use and recommend , I believe home instead truly care about the elderly and there Carers . Thanks so much Giovanni and staff for all your support and help 😊👍

I was really impressed by the service provided by Home Instead Senior Care. The carer (Grant) was friendly, professional and provided excellent care for my father. Giovanni checked up on us and we felt very much at ease with him and his team. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you provided!
