Strongly advise against doing business with this company as they employ a criminal, Traci Johnson. She is skilled at breaking into homes, forgery, and other illegal activity.
Traci Johnson is a criminal. I would advise against doing business with a company that employs this person, and would strongly suggest keeping your private information private.
Overpriced and Unethical. Avoid the headache, get your own designer, and shop elsewhere.
I don't like to leave negative feedback. But this is not a friendly neighborhood store. HP clearly does not value its customers. At least not as anything other than something to be taken advantage of. Do NOT sign their contract. (I didn't, though they say I did because I signed an order for materials, where they hid a 4 page document shrinky-dinked on the back side of the page. Legally, it was not binding. Still, it cost me $7K in Legal Fees to fight them, and an Additional $12K to Replace their shoddy materials and workman... read more
