I have been buying carpet from Steven since 2007. Excellent selection of high quality carpets. I recently needed a special color that was hard to find. I chose the Masland Morgan Bay carpet transformed our room with a wonderful luxurious feel and look. Steven ordered several samples before I made a decision. Installation was scheduled and everything went smoothly.
Steve and his team were great. They were: 1) On time. 2) Thorough. 3) Friendly. 4) Professional. My family and I have enjoyed the carpet they installed and will definitely use them again in the future for our next flooring project. So glad we chose Steve and Hometown Carpet!
I have used Hometown Carpet twice now, and have been thrilled with both experiences! The owner, Steven, is so polite and patient, and he's very knowledgeable. It took me forever to pick out a new carpet, but he was always willing to show me more samples and talk about options. The installation in both rooms was flawless. The crew was efficient and showed great attention to detail. Every edge looked great, and the seam is invisible. I will be using Hometown Carpet for all of my carpet needs going forward! Highly recommended.
After getting multiple quotes from other suppliers we were feeling defeated and almost gave up on our carpet project until we found Steven and Hometown Carpet. Not only were his prices unbeatable but his level of service, responsiveness, and knowledge helped us get our entire house carpeted incredibly fast and under budget! You definitely will not be disappointed using Hometown Carpet!
We just bought a house and we were looking to have carpet installed for our entire upstairs. I called Steven, he came out to do an estimate and was the most reasonable one we got. His installers, Luis and Johnathan, showed up on time and were extremely professional. They got the job done in the time promised and did a great job cleaning up after themselves (I’ve learned that this is a very important part)! I would absolutely use them again and will recommend to everyone I know.
