This was my first visit to FastMed. Most of my Doctors are in the Honor Health system & this location was very convenient to where I work. I made an appointment online. My wait time was 10-15 minutes to get into a room. I saw an NP & I felt he was very thorough & explained what I was dealing with & the meds both prescribed & OTC to take. I feel much better now. The entire staff & medical personnel I came into contact with were very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend FastMed in Surprise.

I went in to get a TB test in the morning and I was the only one in the office. I got immediate attention and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would recommend Fast Med Urgent Care.

When you're in pain, not feeling well, and you can't make it into your regular physician because it's after 4pm or a weekend, and you're not dying, but need help, you seek out Urgent Care. FastMed was my salvation. I had a terrible earache, but had to power through my day at work. By 5pm, it was too much to bear, so I finally Googled a nearby open Urgent Care. We arrived a little after 9am and was told there was a 2 HR wait for walk ins. However, the front desk was very friendly and personable and tried to answer all my questions. The front desk clerk started any labs we could need based on what we came in to see the Dr. This helped cut down the time because once they received back the labs we were seen by a Dr within 40min. Staff was friendly and efficient for an Urgent Care. Best one we have been in Surprise.
