Watch battery replaced for €15. Lasted less than 3 months. No compensation offered. Not only is the battery quality poor, but the customer service is no better. Very disappointing, I won't be using them again.
Excellent welcome and service! I came in for a screen protector, and the work was done very quickly despite several people waiting. The salesperson was available and courteous, even working alone – he really delivered. Highly recommended!
The service was outdated! I had to make three trips back and forth to get my watch back. On the third visit, I had to insist that it be repaired immediately because, despite a date indicated on the service receipt, it still hadn't been fixed. The employees' excuse was that the person in charge of the repair was in training! Another fantastic experience. This is my second time having vintage watches serviced/restored, and the results are breathtaking. You can feel the watchmaker's passion. What a surprise! Upon arrival, the corner wasn't very reassuring, but Ilya, who was there that day, completely made me forget about the "phone repairman" aspect. Expertise, he took the time to explain each step, offered recommendations, handled the job efficiently, and was very quick. Nothing to complain about, the watches are pampered.
