They replaced two batteries (one dead and one showing signs of weakness). It was efficient; I did my shopping and came back an hour later. The batteries were changed for a price slightly above the competitive average, but you get what you pay for.
The person was very friendly, but the service was outrageously expensive. 38 euros to change a watch battery. I paid 10 euros for the same thing at a jewelry store.
