Hotel 48LEX was in a good location and the room was generally nice, but the staff was cold/weird (not even a smile, cleaning folks share the main elevators--which are very slow and hard to catch as they're also shared by street level restaurant guests accessing the 2nd floor restroom), there was no lobby, and the amenities were very limited. They do free breakfast and a wine happy hour in an odd collection of meeting/board rooms each day which was not very good and awkward due to the layout and limited space. For a hotel tha... read more
The view from the room was great. The room was also well-designed and very comfortably laid out. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night’s sleep before a big meeting, thank you!
