Hotellet er rigtigt dejligt og godt beliggende. Men vi havde et værelse hvor vi endte med, at blive låst ude fordi batteriet i døren var dødt. Det betød desværre, at hele vores sidste dag i New york blev ødelagt, da vi rejste med en autist, der blev maks stresset af den situation. Det kunne være forhindret hvis de havde tjekket batterierne løbende.

48Lex Chex all the boxes! Although it is always aggravating to endure “resort fees” at standard city hotels, it is a real thing to advertise a fake lower price, or to keep part of the room rate free of discount or free night redemption. That being said, this was a truly surprisingly good value in a great location. Loved the 2nd floor lounge. We were a group with 5 rooms so we were all able to hang out together.

Staff couldnt do enough for us, I found the breakfast area too small especially at busy times but you could always take it back to your room. and the desk area could do with a little updating, but a fabulous hotel & wonderful staff.

Hotel 48LEX is the perfect hotel for location to everywhere and a 2 to 3 min walk to 5th for shopping and 5 mins to Rockefeller and Radio City Music Hall. The rooms were big (for New York) and well thought out and very comfortable, and the service from front desk to concierge to cleaning was 5+ plus all the way. Our first time there and not the last!! Thank you too ALL the staff for making our trip an amazing experience. You rock 48LEX!!
