Very clean, modern, great location. I still don't understand what the $68 tax is for. Also, we asked and paid for a city view room and did not get it. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
The property was beautiful and in a great location. However, there was a hidden amenities fee of $65 that did not show up when I booked the room on Expedia. When I asked what the fees covered, it was breakfast, the internet, and basically cleaning of the room. I will not stay at this property again, and will certainly look more closely when booking through Expedia in the future.
It was great I enjoyed my stay over there. Although the breakfast should have more options
Todo muy bien, menos esto que ahora inventaron de cobrar aparte las Amenites , eso es meterte la mano al bolsillo al cliente , sobre todo con cosas que uno no quiere .... un asalto muy elegante
The room was nice and also the area. I had to call Expedia after checking in because I asked the lady at the front desk if they had got my request for a corner room she said no and didn’t even try to find out about the miscommunication then after calling the Expedia thats when I was told to go down for the upgrade (they don’t acknowledge you being a Gold member), there was no welcome drink offered (even though they have a sign on the table saying that’s one of the “house privileges” that we saw after check out), breakfast is... read more
This hotel is perfect for couples looking to stay in a great location! It is very modern and the decor/amenities were amazing. The staff was also wonderful. The elevators did have problems throughout the stay though.
While the property is quite nice, I don't understand the point of the resort fee. The hotel shows up on Expedia as a less expensive alternative to some of the other larger hotels, but in fact costs the same with the resort fee. While it was nice to have breakfast (which I never ate) and wine (which I did taste) onsite, it would be better to have those costs included in the expedia rate, so instead of $190 a night average, it's really $250 per night. Room was clean and very nice. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. Staff was very friendly.
