early check-inを用意していただき助かった。 Upper floorだったので景色が良かった。 写真のような広い窓ではなく、１面の窓だったのでがっかりした。 エアコンがうるさい。

Climatisation très bruyante et personne ne s’est occupé du problème comme annoncé par le personnel et la direction. Serviettes de bain manquantes un jour et après trois appels (50 min d’attente) elles nous ont été amenées en chambre. C’est les deux seules fois où nous avions fait appel à la réception est le résultat est catastrophique. Dommage sinon le reste est très bien.

Hotel was well located and the restaurant attached served very nice food. Staff was a real mix, some very friendly and chatty, one downright snarky (which was totally uncalled for). What really stuck out was their lack of knowledge of the city (ie where something was located or restaurant recommendation). I found this surprising. The hotel is quite small with only 5 rooms per floor, which could be nice except that any time a door opens or closes it can be heard which is annoying in the late evening and early morning.
