Overall the staff are very nice and hotel is in a great location. Some issues came up such as our room not being ready when we arrived at check in time, hotel room lock was broken and couch cushion smelled terrible. Staff was reasonable in resolving issues though.
What a lovely resort, Matthew was fantastic and a huge help. I just happened to come down and ask about the taxis if they stopped out by the hotel and he went out and hauled one down for us. What top notch service!
Nice, but know what you are getting. Basically good though you need to know the place is not a “standard” hotel with lobby and such. More a nicely converted apartment. Nothing wrong, but you should know.
