Life is always beautiful when you have a good health. Working with Emily was such a pleasure! We stayed in touch with her after a first time homebuyers meeting that she hosted and we were very thankful for all of the information and expertise she was able to provide to us. When it came time for us to get serious and look for a home to purchase, she was right there for us at our convenience with showings and any questions that we needed answered. We even called her on short notice, same day and late in the day, when we saw a home we were waiting on go on sale and she got us in there right away for a showing. We ended up putting an offer in for that house and got it!! It was obvious from the beginning that she was there to provide us with the tools we needed to buy and never once made us feel pressured. We were lucky to have worked with her!

Stephanie was an amazing agent. She was honest and up front and helped find the perfect home for us. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in PA or DE. She listened to our needs and recommended homes that were in our budget and exactly what we were looking for.

We first met Emily in 2019 at a first time homebuyer event with Howzer. It was an informative session and we really connected with Emily. We had a follow up consultation with her and she took us through everything we needed to know given our finances and wants at the time. We determined we were not in a position to buy in a way that would be financially responsible for us. We kept in touch and had follow up meetings with her in 2020, 2021 and early 2022. We formally got started house searching in early May and secured our dream place by the end of June. Emily was patient, well informed, professional and went above and beyond to support us. Even though we didn’t go with their lender, her loan team still helped us every step of the way, even helping us get our lender moving quickly to meet our closing contingency. As a first time home buyer, it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. Emily and her team were not pushy, and were focused on our wants and desires. We would absolutely recommend Emily and her team and look forward to working with her again in the future. 10/10!

I researched many Real Estate Agents and Agencies in the Tampa Bay area and based on many prior positive reviews my wife and I decided to go with Michelle Mandia at the Houwzer Group. Michelle was with us from day one to close and promptly answered any and all questions having to do with our listing and subsequent sale. Michelle's skills and her knowledge of the market price-point resulted in an offer above our list and an accepted offer within 5 days of our listing. My wife and I had done many upgrades and renovations on our home and our goal was to sell to a family so they may be blessed by a great house in a great neighborhood, just like our family was. Our prayers were answered as Michelle and her associates highlighted every updated feature and with expert photography and a lovely video presentation our listing was posted in all the right places and ultimately landed in the hands of a family.

Paul was a wonderful realtor to work with. When My husband and I started the process, we weren't quite sure what we were looking for. Paul was honest without ever being pushy. His expertise and opinion were so valuable throughout the process. He was very responsive with communication and we never had issues setting up showing. When we finally found our dream home, Paul was available through closing and even after closing. I would definitely use Paul again to buy a home and would recommend him 100% to people searching.
