This is a shout-out to Greg, who works in the Time Shop at the Bay, Oakville Place. I brought in a Movado, with a broken metal bracelet. I had previously taken it to a high-end jewellery store who said they could send it away for repair, at my expense and a signed waiver, for a minimum of six weeks. Greg persevered and devised a solution for me, which made me ecstatic! I hope this recco reaches Greg as he was GREAT!
