This store is stuck in the past. About a month ago, I went in to look at perfumes and one of the staff asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted something a bit androgynous, with woodsy scents. She suggested I leave to go to a "natural store"?? No, actually, I'll go to Sephora. It's fine, the location itself is nice, but the franchise as a whole is like a pricier Sears. Wide selection of items, but finding staff for questions or paying can be hit or miss outside of the makeup department.
To be honest, this Bay store has nothing to be worth stopping by for.
I had to return an item that I ordered online, and that was the reason for my visit. Even for this reason, the process was painful. The cash that accepts the returns is upstairs, for whatever reason, and only one person was working. As you can guess, there was something wrong and sure could not process the request of the person in front of me....

The store manager who’s called Maria Vasco I guess, is not helpful at all. I asked her where I can find the service she didn’t show me the right way like she didn’t care at all. I asked an employee about her and they said that she’s the store manager !!! Unbelievable
We love buying perfumes from this store and Maryam is very nice and helps us with our selections. We have discovered wonderful fragrances for our little collections.
Great service and lots of selection to choose from.
