I wish we had one in downtown Columbus, OH! Outstanding selection of brands at different price points and styles. Hip music. Very attentive employees. I never thought I liked department stores before coming here.

Probably offer better deal like clearance products so everyone would have a motivation to come. Not everyone could afford a $200 tee shirt nowadays. Stock more Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger... some more down to earth brands. Instead of those snooty overpriced brands cuz I'm pretty sure Nordstrom is better at that part.
Always had a decent experience with the bay in store and online, but was disappointed today. I hate having to come onto the fb to escalate, but not sure how else to confirm that I'm not in the wrong (which I graciously accept if I am). Went to the bay downtown Toronto to price match an Ellis kitchen table and Zuo kitchen bench. First response was, 'we don't price match'. I am a regular shopper at the Bay and spend thousands of dollars there every year. I am distressed that you sell Trump branded merchandise. The Trump family's values are in direct opposition to what we believe here in Canada. Please take all Trump branded merchandise out of your inventory. I will stop spending my money in your stores and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
