Service was good but there was a lady scamming my wife to ask her ID and apply for Hudson's Credit card without telling her. Then my wife asked the manager for help, but the manager said all misunderstanding, didn't apologize at all. Please do not scam other people again, thank you!

The client service quality has gone down seriously over the last years. The staff are hard to find and always slow to assist. Always huge line ups to pay and no efficiency. No hustle. The racks are always disorganized and messy. Super frustrating shopping experience.

Unnecessarily expensive when you could buy directly from the brand and save a few dollars. Good perfume department though, just wish it wasn’t in counter format and was similar to Shoppers’ format instead. New in-store Zellers is disappointing. Store was very organized though and kept clean.
