I just want to give a quick shout out to Alem, the cashier in the Hudson’s Bay Downtown Kitchen section. I went to pick up a small appliance that the website said was on sale, but on arrival the signage was confusing and suggested other products were on sale and the item I intended to purchase was not. Alem dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently, smiling the entire time, and I was served with a strong dose of humanity and great overall customer service. We also had a nice discussion about her native Ethiopia. The Bay is lucky to have staff like Alem, and so are The Bay’s customers. RH

Guys please fix the Canadian Flag on the rooftop, it has been torn and ripped for a few months now.
