I just want to give a quick shout out to Alem, the cashier in the Hudson’s Bay Downtown Kitchen section. I went to pick up a small appliance that the website said was on sale, but on arrival the signage was confusing and suggested other products were on sale and the item I intended to purchase was not. Alem dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently, smiling the entire time, and I was served with a strong dose of humanity and great overall customer service.
