Debbie of Bobbi Brown cosmetics was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a gift card which didn’t state how much it was and Debbie offered to call the hotline and patiently helped us out. She was also very cheery which made our wait quite comfortable

I called and received an immediate answer which provided an electronic menu. I followed the prompts and was speaking to someone in a matter of a minute or two. No complaints.

I was in the lingerie dept on Sunday looking for bras, the lady working was very helpful but couldn't help me with a bra fitting as they don't have enough staff available to be able to accommodate people, they don't book appointments anymore and when she looked at the schedule for the following week there wouldn't be enough staff to be able to do a fitting, this is very disappointing. I will now have to try somewhere else and hope that I have more luck there. I hope the management would see fit to maybe arrange enough staff ... read more
