Please do not give Hughes your business. When we purchased our floor we were very clear that we had dogs and needed something durable. The salesman, Tim, came to our house and saw our existing floor and the space the new floor would be in, including said dogs. The attached photos are two of the 9 damaged areas. (Our current floors are 15 years old and still in great condition, btw. No “dog damage” anywhere.) Stellar service here. Rodney and Cecilia are the best to work with, so friendly and patient. We did black movie room carpet and regular white carpet throughout upstairs and hardwoods downstairs, they look awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend Hughes. You are going to pay a little more but the quality of the product and customer service is well worth it. I will only shop here for flooring and recommend them to everyone!
Great experience with Hughes Floor Covering in Indian Land. Lots of samples in all price ranges and materials. Great guidance from the sales staff. The installers were excellent! Very polite, hard working, clean and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough nice things about them.I am getting a lot of compliments on my Coretec LVP floors. Thank you to everyone.
We had a wonderful experience with Hughes Flooring. The sales person we worked with was extremely helpful in guiding us to just the right carpet for our bedroom and an area rug for our family room. We are more than pleased with the end results.
Needed allergen free carpeting. Originally selected what was supposed to be this and the best they had (Mohawk brand). Given a good price. Took home sample colors. Was allergic. Told this was old and new version made differently. Called Mohawk and told to call tech dept. which I called with the sales person. Found there was no new version and the carpeting I was being sold was not allergen free. Was apologized to and and then with tech dept help found the correct carpeting and selected the best (Mohawk).
