All of us want to stay in our homes as long as possible. But as we age, in order to maintain an independent lifestyle at home, we often require a helping hand and medical assistance. Huron Valley PACE® provides an alternative to nursing home care for participants – allowing seniors to remain independent in their own homes and communities.

These are the most caring and compassionate people! My husband has dementia but every morning he looks forward to coming in. He's made friends and memories. They have a clinic onsite which is super helpful.

Trying to get a colonoscopy scheduled has been the most frustrating thing I've had to do in years because they are terrible at follow through. And I even was told an aide would show up during a certain time, never showed and when I called the charge Rn (the one who told me the hours in which the aide would be there) I never got a call back. My parent will DIE if no one shows up to give insulin, check oxygen and make su... read more
