Liked front desk staff & bartender. Very disappointed that they sell day passes to the small pool. No chairs or towels were available - tons of kids and some foul-mouthed adults!! No supervision by hotel staff. Really surprising. All I wanted was to sit outside in the late afternoon and swim a little to decompress but this policy made it impossible.
It was great and close to the airport.
The staff at this property was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and the Wegman's was a walk away so that was great. I was here for business with early wake-ups and was disappointed by the noise from the covered courtyard and in the halls at late hours on multiple nights. This is more of a leisure travel place, I think. To the staff's credit they addressed quickly one loud group in the courtyard at midnight when I called, but the noise issue was a regular thing. Good service. All the staff doing breakfast was amazing. Very clean hotel. Front desk agent very friendly.
