Rooms were very clean and staff could not have been more helpful. I generally loved the feel of the hotel. Also great location!

Easy experience for check in and wonderful staff
I did not stay there. I had taken the room for a friend for business reasons. Hence I could not respond to most of your questions. There were 2 questions I did answer with very poor ratings based on something my friend told me -- i.e. he was stuck in the elevator for 1/2 hour. The staff did not seem to want to bring in the elevator service co. because it would be too costly -- hence the length of time he was stuck there.
