The staff at the desk was wonderful. So pleasant and friendly and helpful. Keona was particularly nice but all were good. The only negative was the WiFi and tv were somewhat temperamental.

Valet parking was terrible . I also believe it was very expensive to park the vehicle .
There is a strong perfume scent that’s pumped through the air vents in the lobby. It’s horrible, and is the reason I won’t be staying there again. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My son asked for a humidifier for the hotel room and it was brought to us within 5 minutes.
