Great place to stay in NYC Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations

Convenient area, staffs are nice. We can’t control shower pressure, very weak.
Just not worth it. Incredibly overpriced. While the fixtures and the bed are fine, they're just not good enough to make up for a very small room and an even smaller bathroom with less than ideal water pressure in the shower. The in room coffee maker made barely half a cup of lukewarm coffee. There was a coffee urn in the lobby which also supplied lukewarm, barely drinkable coffee. And to top it off, they charge a resort fee (they call it something else) on top of the room fee, something more and more NYC hotels are doing....... read more
Check in staff was very nice. Rooms, however, were not ready until 4:45 p.m. no accommodations made for such late availability of rooms.
