We are so impressed with the workmanship and care of Richmond Flooring. We were always treated with respect and care as we asked lots of questions. Amanda always responded to our calls. Kyle and the floor laying team did a beautiful job and everything was done within our budget. Once the floor was laid, we had a problem with a large air bubble. We were so lucky to choose Richmond Flooring!!They absolutely treated us with respect and caring for what we were trying to do!!! We had another commitment and the of course worked with us to get our flooring in while we were at our other commitment!! They are trustworthy, kind, and really willing to work with you to make it happen!! Thank you both!!!
These guys took great care of us! Rob and Anthony were very detail oriented and did an awesome job in our house! Great carpet for a great price with great installation!
I don’t often take the time to do a review but have to say that these folks are amazing. They are what makes small towns great!! Tony and Amanda truly care and go out of their way to make customers happy and appreciated. No wonder they have so many 5 star reviews.
Best experience from start to finish. Anthony and Amanda were professional and friendly and so helpful. Rob and Jaydon installed the flooring. They were punctual, professional, and perfectionists. I am beyond pleased and excited with the results. Highly recommend! 👍😁
