Carpeting and wood flooring bought from this business was of substandard quality. Lesser quality material was substituted for what I had ordered and paid for.Installation was shoddy and took twice the time I was quoted it would. Installers took it upon themselves to change work order because they thought it would look better the way they did it. They were wrong and refused to correct it...
Provided lower quality carpet than was ordered. Installation was poor and after numerous complaints was finally finished after almost two weeks. Carpet is coming loose from floor after only three months and complaints to owner fall on deaf ears. Would never buy from them again.
