Do not work for this place. Very cheap and dysfunctional management. Will lie to there workers and treat the lower level employees like dirt. Will fire you for having an opinion. The two heads of this company only care about money. Do not work for these people just save yourself the trouble and avoid this business at all cost.
UPDATE: I received a call from the owner the day after I posted my review and he have me two options that weren't available to me at the time. Of the two only one made sense with is a full credit back to my credit cared for the two closed boxes only after a sale for the same material by any customer across the 6 locations. I commend the owner for calling me and trying to do resolved this matter in a agreeable way. Outstanding customer service! I was missing an 8 foot unfinished hard wood plank for my home project. I went to another store in Springfield I originally purchased wood from but they said they could not sell me a plank and suggested I purchase a whole bundle again. So I went to the Indiana Floors, where the sales associate immediately went to the warehouse and found a plank for me! I am very impressed! Will go back to Indiana Floors for my future home project needs!

Carlos at Indiana floors in Lorton helped me to find what I needed, going above and beyond rummaging in the warehouse. He gave excellent service and took the time to arrange all the small details for my order. All the folks answering the phone are so polite and professional. It was a real pleasure working with Carlos and he is the one who made it happen to have our floors cohesive and I am just totally thrilled! Thank you Carlos!!!
