I bought Brazilian Teak ( hardwood) from Indiana Flloor. Carlos helped me through the process, right from selection to ordering to delivery. He was very helpful and I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality wood and good service at a great price !! The other team members, Joe and Ana were also very pleasant and helpful.
Great place, recommended. Bought engineered hardwood for our main floor and carpet for our basement. Both look great. Price, quality, and service was outstanding
Oh man, what a horrible experience going in as homeowner (not a contractor). Carlos at the front only shows a condescending attitude and barely helps you if you have questions bc he looks annoyed. Glad i didn’t get my materials from here due to this attitude.
Do not work for this place. Very cheap and dysfunctional management. Will lie to there workers and treat the lower level employees like dirt. Will fire you for having an opinion. The two heads of this company only care about money. Do not work for these people just save yourself the trouble and avoid this business at all cost.
UPDATE: I received a call from the owner the day after I posted my review and he have me two options that weren't available to me at the time. Of the two only one made sense with is a full credit back to my credit cared for the two closed boxes only after a sale for the same material by any customer across the 6 locations. I commend the owner for calling me and trying to do resolved this matter in a agreeable way.
